Heart for My Sister

"Heart for My Sister" participants, we pray you have been enjoying getting closer to your Christian sister here at Glendale Church -- encouraging and uplifting her, and just showing her the love of our Lord.  The Revealing Luncheon is scheduled for Sabbath, December 2015, following the Divine worship service, to be held in the fellowship hall. Some of you are going to be surprised to find out who your Secret Sister really is.  But that just adds to the fun and excitement of this event. It has been a blessed six months, which will end November 29th.  Thank you for your participation, prayers, and encouragement bestowed upon your sister. We know it has blessed and deepened her spiritual walk.  If you have any questions regarding this event, please contact either Juanita Harris or Jackie McClean.

This is the key that makes ALL the difference.  "Don't Monkey Around with PRAYER!"  This powerful tool contributes to some amazing changes for good in lives every single day, by God's grace.  Join the Glendale Prayer Team either, 1) in the Chapel after Divine Service each Sabbath, praying over the prayer cards,  or 2) On the Conference Call Prayer line, (218) 632-0476, Access number 290062, each Monday evening at 7:30 p.m., or 3) Praying for the children/students/youth each Wednesday evening at 8:00 p.m. (same conference call line) or 4) maybe you would like to make contact with an Intercessory Prayer team member at one of the phone numbers listed in the bulletin.  Either way, we pray for you and your family on a regular basis - because we care and love each of you!  God be with you, always  -- Glendale Prayer Ministry Department

Prayer Meeting

Wednesdays, 7:00 pm

We are conducting a new study with the book, “The Baptism of the Holy Spirit” by Dennis Smith.  So many Christians face life without realizing the full potential of this vital power.  Pastor Smith shares in an easy-to-read yet scholarly fashion the role that the Spirit plays in our battle with the enemy of God and His people.  See Pastor Kornegay for the book “The Baptism of the Holy Spirit.”  Price is $10.  You’ve been considering attending prayer meeting for some time now.  This is the perfect time to do so.  Hope to see you here on Wednesday night at 7:00 P.M.

Note to SS Teachers

Sabbath School teachers are kindly reminded to log in on a conference call Friday evenings at 7:00 P.M. for sharing in the quarterly lesson summary discussion of the lesson.  This will last for just a half hour.  The login call number is (716)274-3400; access code number is 531 2747.  This is especially to those who will be teaching as scheduled each Sabbath.

Attention ALL Glendale Men

We need your continued support at our Sunday morning meetings.  Please come out and give your support as we unite and grow together.
